Deed Restrictions and By-Laws
All homeowners should have been given a copy of the deed restrictions and by-laws when they purchased their home. If you did not receive a copy you can either download the files on this page, call the clubhouse and leave a voice mail and we will get a copy to you or email lhoa@londonderry-hoa.org and we can email you a copy in PDF format as well. To download, right-click on your mouse over the files and select SAVE AS. Select a location your hard drive to save the file to. To open the files you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader.
