12/17/2011 Bring the kids and pets to the Londonderry Clubhouse on Saturday, December 17th between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. for pictures with Santa. There will also be a craft table for the children and some refreshments available. Santa will deliver a small gift for good boys and girls. Parents are asked to stay with children 10 years old and younger during this event. Volunteers are appreciated to help with this event. 10/31/2011 - NOTICE! Do to the Precint Election falling on the regulary scheduled HOA meeting date, the November 8, 2011 LHOA Meeting will be postponed by one week to next Tuesday, November 15, 2011. Homeowners sound off will begin at the regular 7:00 PM start time and the Board Meeting will begin at 7:30 PM.
A representative from Waste management will be in attendance to discuss the new recycling program being instituted in our area in January 2012.
10/04/2011 - Have you ever asked "How do I get RID of THAT?" Waste Management has the answer! Should you have "any" questions, Mrs. Terry R. Woodson, Director of Governmental Affairs for Waste Management South Texas is scheduled to attend our Nov. 8th HOA meeting. You can make a difference one item at a time by:
- Recycling 10 Aluminum Cans per week - saving enough energy to power 30 hours of TV watching.
- Recycling 4 Sunday Newspapers per month - saving 4 trees per year
- Recycling 15 Plastic Bottles per week - will produce enough Fiber to make 156 T-Shirts.

09/14/2011 - Nominating Committee for 2012 - The nominating commitee for the 2012 Board of Directors Elections has been set. Per the By-Laws, the Committee is chaired by Robert Downey. The other four members are: Travis Teykl, Robert Maxell, Darrell Schulze and Steve Johnson.

09/14/2011 - SECURITY NEWS! - Mud Board #1 is discussing the idea of adding additional Police Officer Patrol to our area! If this is implemented, our share would be approximately $3.62 per month, via our water bill. We would be sharing this cost along with the other 9 subdivisions in our mud district. In the event they can get Mud Board #19 to participate, our share could go down to approximately $1.90 per month. This topic will be discussed in greater detail at their Oct. 4th meeting, 12:30 p.m., 1100 Louisiana, Suite 400, Houston.
